What is a Corporate Concierge?

A corporate concierge service is tailored to your company's needs. The corporate concierge services will assist your employees in maintaining balance between work and home life, which will result in greater employee productivity and retention.

Who do you provide Services for?

We provide services to individuals, corporations, and residential communities. Even if you do not fall under any of these categories, please contact us so we can tailor our services for you.

Do you have a minimum requirement for services?

Yes. There is a minimum of two hours of charge for our services. Additionally, we offer monthly membership packages that are offered at a reduced hourly rate.

Do you provide Emergency Services?

Yes! Services may be provided during off hours.with 48 hour notice and an additional fee of $10.00 per hour. Emergency services, less than 24 hours notice, will be provided for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour.

What if I need a Service that you do not have listed?

Not to worry! If the service you require is not listed, simply contact us and we will arrange for that service, provided it is legal and ethical. We are dedicated to assisting you, whatever your needs may be.

What Methods of Payment do you accept?

Methods of payment accepted include: Visa, Master Card. We also accept cash, money orders and traveler checks. A credit card is required to reserve all orders for service in advance. The card will be charged when services are rendered, unless the client chooses another accepted method of payment, plus reimbursement for any incidentals (grocery shopping, personal shopping, gift wrap etc).

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You must cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Pre-booked services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full quoted rate.
